• The Kansas City Southern Historical Society, Inc. will hold its 2026 Annual Convention on June 5th - June 6th in DeQuincy, LA.

  4:00pm - 6:30pm	Convention check-in and registration packet pickup
  4:00pm - 6:30pm	Model and Photo Contest Setup
  7:00pm	Annual General Membership Meeting
  Following the meeting	Show and Tell, member presentations, and model and photo contest judging (winners will be announced at Saturday’s banquet)
  Saturday, June 6, 2026
  8:00am	Coffee and breakfast at The Grind Central Station, 302 E. Fourth Street, DeQuincy, LA 70633 (optional; breakfast is not included in the convention registration fee)
  9:00am	Board of Directors Meeting
  10:00am	Fellowship and rail photography opportunities
  11:30am	Travel to DeRidder (carpooling encouraged)           Beauregard Museum / DeRidder Depot           120 S. Washington Street           DeRidder, LA 70634
  12:00pm - 1:30 pm	Picnic lunch in DeRidder       The Saturday picnic lunch is once again generously sponsored by the Rawson family, continuing a long-standing KCSHS convention tradition.
  1:30pm - 2:30pm	Tour of the Beauregard Museum Depot, 120 S. Washington St, DeRidder, LA 70634
  3:00pm - 5:00pm	Fellowship and rail photography
  6:00pm	Annual Banquet (DeQuincy Railroad Museum, 400 Lake Charles Avenue, DeQuincy, LA 70633)       Silent Auction Begins. Silent Auction ends when speaker begins.
  7:00pm	Presentation by Jeff Terry and the CPKC Heritage Program
